Returns and Refunds Policy
The Barkery Singapore will only consider refund requests in the event of compromised products. We will not issue refunds for invalid reasons such as the wrong item being ordered (and having been already fulfilled), or so that a promotional price may be applied.
Many of our products are made without preservatives or additives and will require careful storage upon receipt to ensure freshness. We will not bear any responsibility for any foods improperly stored or kept after receipt.
If any of our products reach you in a compromised state, an exchange or refund may be granted at our discretion and on a case-by-case basis. If the product was customized, the timing of exchange will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
We will consider refund/exchange requests only within 2 weeks of fulfilment date. Any issues that may arise after the period of 2 weeks will not be considered.
Transport may inadvertently cause some damage to our products, and we ask that all customers be mindful of the way they handle the products upon receipt or collection.
Our drivers are instructed to check the state of each cake and item before the order is handed over. Any issues with the appearance or condition of the cake need to be brought to our attention upon handover; if the cake is accepted as is the delivery or pick up is considered completed to the customer's satisfaction.
The Barkery Singapore will not be held liable for any damage to the cake AFTER collection OR delivery has been made.
If any of our biscuits or treats become mouldy or spoil BEFORE the stipulated expiry date is up, we will refund or exchange the biscuits with a new pack of the same weight and variety as originally purchased. Please note that we will require proof of this happening or the return of the compromised pack. Changes to the type of treat or quantity may be made upon the customer's request and be considered at our discretion.
The Barkery Singapore WILL NOT entertain any cancellation or refund requests for invalid reasons.
