Yes we are! We are licensed by NParks to produce food for dogs, and our kitchen is regularly inspected by them.
We do take same-day reservations for in-store items! Simply WhatsApp or call us ahead to reserve what you'd like. Do note that all reservations are held until end of day only — if you're unable to collect in time, any future reservations will require an upfront payment.
Pupcakes and cakes are available by pre-order only. We'd always recommend ordering ahead to avoid disappointment!
For online orders, we accept payment via Credit Card, Bank Transfer or PayNow; payment options may be chosen upon checkout.
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is not made within 12 hours of placing an order.

Welcome to The Barkery! While you can check out as a guest, we recommend signing up as a Loyal Barkaneer. It's free and comes with perks! It's especially handy if you plan to order again, as it saves your details for a smoother experience. We handle all collected information in accordance with our privacy policy.
For most items, simply place your order before 4 PM the day before and we'll have it ready for you! The exception is novelty/custom cakes, which require a lead time of 3 to 5 days.
If you need something urgently, you're welcome to visit our retail store to see what's available. Please note that we do not accommodate same-day delivery requests.
A confirmation email is automatically sent within 15 minutes of every successful order, containing all your relevant order details. If you haven't received one, reach out to us at hello@sgbarkery.com or WhatsApp us at 9155 6290 and we'll check on it for you.
For delivery orders, you'll receive a separate delivery confirmation email between 4–5 PM the day before with your specific 2-hour delivery window. If you have a preferred delivery time, do note it in your order notes and we'll do our best to accommodate it, though this cannot be guaranteed.

For non-cake orders
Changes requested before 4 PM the day before delivery will have the $15 fee waived. After the 4 PM cutoff, the $15 fee applies
For regular cakes
Changes before 4 PM the day before delivery will have the $15 fee waived. Changes after the 4 PM cutoff incur a rush fee of 25% of the cake price.
For novelty/custom cakes
Changes made more than 3 days before fulfilment incur the $15 fee (waived if more than 7 days ahead). Changes made 1 to 3 days before fulfilment incur a 25% rush fee. Unfortunately, no changes can be accommodated within 1 day of fulfilment; however, we can offer a Barkday cake as an alternative.

Please note that all orders must be placed online via our website. We are unable to process orders over WhatsApp or phone.
Orders may be self-collected at 326 Joo Chiat Road, S(427583) during our opening hours.
If you'd like to arrange your own courier to collect your order, that's perfectly fine - just let us know in advance and provide the courier with your full name and order details so we can ensure the correct order is collected. However, we'd strongly recommend opting for our in-house delivery instead, especially for cakes. Our drivers are specially trained to transport our products safely, and we will not be liable for any damage sustained during transit by third-party couriers.
We offer free delivery for orders $70 and above. For orders below $70, a delivery fee of $18 applies per address. If your order is above $70 but requires delivery to two locations, an additional $18 delivery fee will apply.
- Our delivery window is between 11:00 AM – 5:30 PM. You'll receive a delivery confirmation email between 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM the day before with your specific 2-hour delivery window. If you have a preferred delivery time, please note it in your order notes and we'll do our best to accommodate it, though this cannot be guaranteed.
- On the day of delivery, you'll receive a dispatch email containing a live tracking link so you can follow your driver's progress in real time. Once your order has been successfully delivered, you'll receive a delivery confirmation email.
- If no one is available to receive the order, our driver will wait up to 10 minutes before moving on. Should this happen, we'll first arrange for your order to be available for self-collection at our retail store. If you'd prefer re-delivery, an additional $18 delivery fee will apply.
- For items requiring refrigeration (cakes, pupcakes, and frozen products), we cannot leave them at the door unattended. For non-refrigerated items such as treats and biscuits, we can leave them at your door upon request; the customer will bear full liability for the items under this arrangement.
We understand that life sometimes gets in the way! If you need to cancel your order, simply reach out to us at hello@sgbarkery.com or WhatsApp us at 9155 6290. Here's how we handle cancellations based on timing:
- Within 1 hour of placing your order: You are eligible for a full refund.
- Between 1–24 hours after placing your order: We are able to process a refund in the form of store credits.
- More than 24 hours after placing your order: Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate cancellations or refunds at this stage.

All our products are made fresh with no preservatives, so proper storage is important. Here's a quick guide:
Biscuits & Dehydrated Treats
Store in a cool, dry place or in the fridge for up to 4–6 months. We include a desiccant in each pack to help maintain freshness.
Cakes & Pupcakes
Keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2–3 days. We recommend starting to feed them on the day of delivery or collection for best freshness. Please do not freeze them as this may affect the frosting's appearance.
Meatloaves, Meatballs & Pies
Keep refrigerated and consume within 4 days.
As a general rule, keep all our products away from room temperature and direct heat.
A note on veggie frosting
In some cases, cold air in the fridge may cause veggie frosting to dry up and crack. To avoid this, you can opt for a Pure Sweet Potato (Orange) frosting, or place cut vegetables like celery or carrots in the cake box to help maintain moisture.
All our products are lovingly handmade, so each biscuit and pupcake is one of a kind! Any variations in shape or colour are completely normal and have no impact on the quality or taste of the treats. At the Barkery, we believe all pets deserve all-natural and human-grade food.
Every ingredient used has been subjected to research and testing in order to optimize or increase your pet’s well-being. We also work to minimize the use of ingredients that fall outside a canine's natural diet.
Common and nutritious ingredients we use are minced meat (beef, fish, chicken or mutton) sardines, pumpkin, beetroot, orange sweet potato, carob and more.
Even the colouring we use is made from scratch by us and derived from fruits and vegetables.
No we do not. No artificial preservatives, colours or ingredients are used to create our products. Our biscuits and pupcakes are all naturally coloured and flavoured.
All our ingredients are screened to ensure they are non-toxic and beneficial for dogs. You can find the full ingredient list on each product page, and you're always welcome to reach out to us directly if you'd like to clarify anything.
That said, every dog is different — if your pet has known allergies or food intolerances, we recommend consulting your vet before introducing any new treats
Absolutely, we're happy to cater to your dog's specific needs! Custom orders are available for the following minimum quantities: one 700g cake (Medium Barkday Cake or Barkday Bone Cake), 500g of biscuits or dehydrated treats, or 6 pupcakes.
