Self-Collection
Prefer to pick up your order yourself? We'd love to see you! You can collect your goodies from our shop at 326 Joo Chiat Road, Singapore 427583 during the following hours:
- Tuesday to Saturday: 11:30am – 6:00pm

Sunday: 11:30am – 4:00pm
(We're closed on Mondays)
If you’re sending a courier to collect on your behalf, that’s perfectly fine—but please note:
- We can’t arrange third-party delivery services like Grab or Lalamove for you.
- We’re not liable for any damage during third-party courier transit.
- Let us know in advance if you're sending a courier, and please share your full name and order number with them to avoid any mix-ups.
When placing your order, do select your preferred date and time for self-collection at checkout.
Delivery
We offer FREE delivery for orders $70 and above.
For orders under $70, a flat fee of $18 per address applies.
Need delivery to more than one location? Each address will incur its own delivery fee.
Delivery window: 11:00am – 5:30pm (Tues–Sun)
We’ll do our best with special time requests (e.g., before noon or after 4pm), but we can’t guarantee it—routes vary daily.
Important Notes:
- If no one is available to receive the delivery, our team will wait up to 10 minutes before moving on.
- Re-delivery costs $18 and depends on schedule availability. Alternatively, you can collect your order at our shop the next working day at no extra charge.
- Chilled items (like cakes, pupcakes, frozen meals) cannot be left unattended unless we have your explicit permission—this helps us keep your pup’s food fresh and safe!
- Non-chilled items (like biscuits and treats) can be left at your door upon request. Please note you’ll assume full responsibility for these items.
- To make changes to your delivery, please email us at least 48 hours in advance.
You’ll receive a text from our delivery team once they’re en route.
