Meet our family
Founded in 2012 by sisters Elizabeth Chua and Margaret Alphonso, The Barkery began as home-cooked meals for their own pups with sensitive stomachs and skin issues. Fourteen years later, it's grown into a trusted name for wholesome, handcrafted treats across Singapore.
Every product is made with 100% natural, whole-food ingredients, handcrafted in small batches for dogs who are treated like family — because meaningful pet experiences aren't about novelty. They're about care, quality, and consistency.
Today, their daughters Sarah Alphonso (CEO) and Ann Marie Chua (CPO) run the business together, on a mission to help brands include dogs more thoughtfully across Singapore.
