Can I earn points on past purchases, and how can I earn bonus points?

Points are only earned after joining, and bonus points can be earned by completing actions on your profile.

What happens if I don’t maintain my tier?

Your tier is based on loyalty points collected in the past 12 months. If your points drop below the required level after expiry, you may move down a tier.

Will I be notified before points expire, and do I lose points when redeeming rewards?

You’ll get reminders before points expire, and redeeming rewards doesn’t affect your tier points.

What happens to my points from the old reward system?

All your remaining points from the previous Barkery SG reward system will be automatically transferred to the new Loyal Barkaneers system & as part of our transition, you will receive an additional: +100 bonus points. All points will have a validity of 12 months starting from 14th January 2026.
