2. Discounts
20% off all Barkery products and 10% off partner brands: Pet Cubes, Organic Paws, FURMENT, and Providog.
Sale discounts cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount code, or bundle deal, including SITSTAYSAVE and our broth and Providog bundles.
Prices shown at checkout are final.
3. Loyal Barkaneers early access
Loyal Barkaneers get early access on 27 November from 00:00 to 11:59. The sale opens to the rest of the public at 12:00 on 27 November.
Anyone who has signed up for our newsletter or created an account with us is a Loyal Barkaneer. No purchase or discount code is needed.
Early access offers the same discounts as the public sale, with no additional discount.
4. Loyalty rewards
Rewards, points, and vouchers cannot be redeemed during the sale period (27 to 30 November).
Points earned on sale purchases will be credited as usual.
5. Purchase limits
Organic Paws: maximum of 2 boxes per order. Available online only, not in our retail stores.
6. Fulfilment and delivery
All sale orders will be fulfilled between 8 and 18 December 2026. No sale orders will be fulfilled after 18 December 2026.
Sale prices cannot be used for pre-orders or to secure items for fulfilment outside this window.
Next-day delivery is not available for sale orders.
Christmas menu orders are fulfilled separately, between 1 and 24 December 2026. Sale items and Christmas menu items cannot be combined in one order, so please place them as separate orders. Unavailable dates will be blocked at checkout.
7. Stock and availability
All offers are valid while stocks last. Quantities are limited and some items may sell out.
If an item becomes unavailable after you’ve ordered, we may offer a substitute of equal or greater value, or cancel that item and issue a full refund.
8. Changes, cancellations and returns
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. To add items, please place a new order.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.

9. General
The Barkery reserves the right to amend or end the sale, or these terms, at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect orders already placed.
