Our family has been enjoying a unique Ngoh Hiang recipe every Chinese New Year, and so we've decided to adapt one for our doggos this year!
Unlike the conventional Ngoh Hiang which is wrapped in tofu skin, the Heng Family's Ngoh Hiang is covered in biscuit crumbs instead! So we've used the our Cheezies to make the crunchy crumb-skin, which covers a nugget of premium minced pork, pork liver and broccoli. YUUUUUM!
Can last up to 2-3 days in the fridge. If you'd like it to last longer, please do put a note in the comments for us to send it out frozen.
