Beef - Beef Brisket, Broccoli, Oregano (the Mistletoe)
Pork - Pork Shoulder, Apple, Cinnamon (the Christmas Tree)
Duck - Duck Breast, Duck Liver, Pumpkin. (the Gingerbread Man)
